2005-06 budget and activity ideas
For anyone who has not been at the recent meetings, we have a budget for next year. The SGA allocated us $5A less than last year, apparently because we didn't do enough this year. However, we're not broke, and we do have a total of $300 this year. Some of that is already allocated to required actions, like paying for the officers' ACM memberships, but we have a decent food and travel allowance of $FA and $12C, respectively.
We're planning on 3 LAN parties for the 2005-06 school year, 2 in the fall and one in the spring. If anyone has ideas about other things we can do, please be sure to tell one of the officers or Megan. The next LAN parties will have a small cover charge (~$3) for non-ACM attendees to cover their portion of food and drinks.
