Spring Org Fair?

Do we want to participate in this?
Elon University Spring Organization Fair

The date of the Spring Organization Fair will be Thursday, February 2, 2006 from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. in the Moseley Center. In order for the fair to be a success we need everyone’s cooperation. Listed below are some guidelines that will help us run a smooth event.
  • Check-In begins at 3:15 PM. A member of your group must check-in at the Student Activities table prior to setting up your table display. The check in table will be at the side doors of the Moseley Center near Boney Fountain. Groups are responsible for the set-up and clean up of their assigned area.
  • Any group that participates in the Organization Fair must participate for the duration of the event. Your group’s table display should be set up by 3:45 PM and shall remain set up until 6:00PM. Please indicate at check-in if you will be staffing a table or if you wish to simply display materials. Materials that are place on display must be cleaned up promptly at 6:00 PM or the items will be discarded.
  • If you plan on staffing your table please limit your numbers to 4 representatives. This will help reduce congestion and will avoid overwhelming new perspective members.
  • Please have interested students sign-up on an interest list. It is important to personally contact students who have shown interest in your organization within 5 to 7 days of the Organization Fair. Some groups like to have an open house before a regularly scheduled meeting.

If we DO NOT want to participate, we have to contact Student Activities office.
